Who we are

SuperSolid Logistics B.V., Stationsplein 45, 3013 AK Rotterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 42104134, is responsible for the personal data described on this page.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. We use no advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain.

Visit statistics

Our host, Cloudflare, counts page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and does not identify or follow individual visitors. We only see totals, such as how often a page was viewed.

Server logs and security

To deliver this website and protect it against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We rely on our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The contact form

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, your choice between Move and Transform, and your message. We use this only to answer you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote or a conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your message is sent by our own website through Brevo, an email service based in France, to our company mailbox. The form does not store your message anywhere else.

We delete enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship within 12 months. If we do start working together, the normal retention periods for customer records apply.

Who processes data for us

We work with three service providers, each under a data processing agreement: Cloudflare (hosting, security and visit statistics), Google Workspace (our email) and Brevo (sending form messages). Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use your data for advertising, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, to limit its use, or to receive it in a usable format. You can also object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We update this statement when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
